CCTV MONITORING:
Observant Security can facilitate Remote CCTV monitoring of your premises, enabling you to use your CCTV system to proactively protect your business.
This will be facilitated through our chosen BS5979 / BS8418 monitoring partner, using your existing CCTV system if it is configured for remote monitoring. Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our approved service partners to contact you and provide details for a customized CCTV system for your premises.
Our monitoring partners will remotely oversee your CCTV system during times of inactivity, providing an extra level of protection. This gives you peace of mind that if an intrusion occurs and an alert is received, the agreed escalation processes will be initiated, thereby reducing any threat to your property.
MOBILE PATROL:
Our Mobile Patrol service provides a cost-effective solution for your ongoing or seasonal security needs. We offer customization options ranging from one visit per week to five or six visits per day or night, allowing our patrol service to adjust to meet your specific demands.
Our patrol and response officers will visit your premises according to a pre-arranged schedule to conduct a visual inspection. They will perform a foot patrol of the property, paying particular attention to specific areas of interest. The officers will document their findings, and any discrepancies or concerns identified will be recorded and escalated to the relevant client contact.
Equipped with the necessary resources to fulfil requirements attendances will be recorded through our cloud-based vehicle tracking software,Officers findings will be recorded on our RAM assist mobile application that gives real-time proof of attendance.
Depending on the complexity of your requirements our mobile patrol provisions can be mobilised within 24 hours or in certain scenarios with immediate effect.
